Techniques and method selection

For very smooth reflective surfaces, consider PSI. For textured or steep surfaces, evaluate confocal or focus variation. Reflectometry requires a suitable optical model and compatible module.

About the technical memorandum

The supplied equipment memorandum describes options including a six-position turret, 2442 × 2048-pixel camera, 200 µm piezo travel and a 154 × 154 mm motorized stage. This is a proposal, not proof of installation or calibration.
